为考察大学生求职主动性、生涯适应力与求职结果之间的关系,对516名高校毕业生进行量表调查,并进行描述性、回归与中介分析。研究认为,生涯适应力与求职主动性分别对求职结果有显著的正向影响;生涯适应力与求职主动性对求职结果的影响具有人群异质性;专业相关度、业缘关系影响着学生的求职结果;生涯适应力作为中介变量,部分解释了求职主动性对大学生首年年薪的作用机制;在交互效应中,业缘型社会关系正向弥补了求职时效中的学历差距,说明学校教育创造的业缘关系对大学生职业发展产生积极作用。

The study aims to investigating the relationship between college students’ job-seeking initiative,career adaptability,and job-seeking outcomes.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 516 graduates from multiple universities,and descriptive,regression,and mediation analyses were performed.The study has the following findings:first,career adaptability and job-seeking initiative have significant positive effects on job-seeking outcomes;second,the impact of career adaptability and job-seeking initiative on job-seeking outcomes exhibits population heterogeneity;third,professional relevance and career relationships affect students’ job-searching results;forth,career adaptability,as a mediating variable,partially explains the mechanism by which job-seeking initiative affects the first-year annual salary of college students;fifth,in the interactive effect,the occupational relationship positively compensates for the educational gap in job-seeking timeliness,indicating that the occupational relationship created by school education has a positive effect on the career development of college students.
