摘要:
新质生产力是社会生产力向更高层级跃升的产物,对驱动高质量发展具有特定功能。高科技、高效能、高质量构成了新质生产力的三大核心特征,从这些重要特征出发,不难看出新质生产力对教育具有重要的促进作用,同时,在扎实推进乡村全面振兴的历史阶段,教育、科技、人才所展现的潜力逐渐凸显,教育也将对新质生产力产生积极的反馈效应。在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程上,必须牢牢把握高质量发展这个首要任务,深入探究新质生产力赋能乡村教育高质量发展的内在机理,在深刻理解新质生产力开放性、创新性、人本性与乡村教育高质量发展的内在逻辑并有效分析的基础上,准确把握当前新质生产力赋能乡村教育高质量发展存在的困境,并以新质生产力作为突破困境的解决之道,通过高效整合与优化配置多项要素资源以提高新质生产力转化能力、深化新质技术研发推动乡村教育创新转型、深入推进新质生产力人本内涵宣传力度以加强人本性教育层面落实,不断开创乡村教育事业发展新局面。
Abstract:
New quality productive forces are the product of social productivity to a higher level,and they have specific functions in driving high-quality development.High technology,high efficiency and high quality constitute the three core features of the new quality productivity forces.From these important features,it is not difficult to find that the new quality productivity forces have an important role in promoting education development.At the same time,with the further development of rural revitalization,the potential of education,science and technology,and talents has gradually become prominent,and education will also have a positive feedback effect on the new quality productivity.In the new journey towards a modern socialist country,we must give a strategic priority to high-quality development,and deeply explore the internal logic of the new quality productive forces to empower the high-quality development of rural education.Based on a deep understanding of the inherent logic and effective analysis of the openness,innovation,human nature of the new quality productive forces and the high-quality development of rural education,the author accurately grasps the current dilemma of the new quality productive forces in enabling the high-quality development of rural education,and takes the new quality productive forces as the solution.Through efficient integration and optimal allocation of multiple factor resources,we can improve the transformation ability of new quality productivity,deepen the research and development of new quality technology to promote the innovation and transformation of rural education,and deeply promote the publicity of the humanistic connotation of new quality productivity to strengthen the implementation of human nature education,thus constantly creating a new situation in the development of rural education.
