摘要:
作为一种先进生产力形态,新质生产力不仅是推动经济高质量发展的重要着力点,也将引领教育系统在思想理念、培养目标与实践模式等方面做出普遍性变革。特殊教育是教育高质量体系构建中的短板,新质生产力的出现为其注入了全新动能。新质生产力背景下,特殊教育改革将围绕普惠融合、多元协同、数字转型三大核心逻辑展开,推动教师专业能力升级、服务供给模式创新、教学手段迭代等系统性变革。在实践路径方面,要构建因材施教的特殊儿童发展模式、提高特殊教育数字化治理水平、促进特殊教育优质均衡发展、优化特殊教育教师培养选拔机制,进而推动特殊教育高质量发展。
Abstract:
As an advanced form of productive forces,new-quality productive forces are not only an important focal point for promoting high-quality economic development,but also will lead to widespread changes in the education system in terms of ideological concepts,training objectives,and practical models.Special education,as the most underdeveloped sector in China’s educational framework,stands to benefit significantly from this paradigm shift.Against the backdrop of new-quality productive forces,the reform of special education will revolve around three core logics:inclusiveness and integration,pluralistic collaboration,and digital transformation,driving systematic changes such as the upgrading of teachers’ professional capabilities,the innovation of service supply models,and the iteration of teaching methods.In terms of practical approaches,it is necessary to build a development model for special children that caters to their individual differences,improve the level of digital governance in special education,promote the high-quality and balanced development of special education,and optimize the cultivation and selection mechanism of special education teachers,thereby promoting the high-quality development of special education.
