摘要:
研究生导师在研究生教育中承担着立德树人的重要职责,对于高素质创新人才培养和教育事业发展意义重大。从必然维度看,研究生导师立德树人有着深厚的学理基础和迫切的现实需求。在实然层面上,当前研究生导师立德树人工作取得了一些明显的成效,但也还存在着研究生导师内生动力不足、评价体系失衡、经费和资源短缺等诸多挑战。破解这些困境,应该要增强研究生导师立德树人责任意识,激发导师育人主动性;健全考评体系,规范导师育人行为;强化经费投入与资源统筹,给予导师育人保障,从而构建全方位、多层次的研究生导师立德树人体系,推动研究生教育高质量发展。
Abstract:
Postgraduate supervisors bear the critical responsibility of cultivating virtue and nurturing talents in graduate education,which holds significant importance for fostering high-quality innovative professionals and advancing educational development.From the “inevitability” dimension,this responsibility is grounded in profound theoretical foundations and urgent practical needs.At the “actual” level,while notable progress has been achieved in the virtue and talent cultivation work of postgraduate supervisors,significant challenges persist,including a lack of intrinsic motivation among some supervisors,imbalances in evaluation systems,and insufficient funding and resources.To address these issues,it is imperative to strengthen supervisors, sense of responsibility to stimulate their proactive engagement in education,improve appraisal mechanisms to regulate their conduct,and increase funding while optimizing resource allocation to provide adequate support for their educational roles.These steps would contribute to building a comprehensive,multi-tiered system for cultivating virtue and nurturing talents,thereby promotimg high-quality development of postgraduate education.
