摘要:
世界一流大学是党和国家未来发展的核心战略要素。作为后发国家的高等教育机构,总结国内外世界一流大学的办学特色与办学经验,并从中提炼出具有中国特色的自主发展道路是国内高校实现快速发展、建设世界一流大学的重要路径。基于结构化理论构建的“战略引领—管理运作—成果影响”的分析框架有助于从系统视角全面观察世界一流大学间的战略差异,归纳管理经验和审视办学成果。这一框架可以帮助以中国社会科学院大学为代表的新型研究型大学提供找准自己办学定位、构建办学特色和凝练办学经验等方面的经验启示。
Abstract:
World-class universities represent a core strategic resource for the future development of the Party and the country.As higher education institutions in a developing country,summarizing the institutional characteristics and governance experience of leading universities both in China and abroad,and thereby formulating a self-directed development path with Chinese characteristics,constitutes a crucial approach for domestic universities to achieving rapid advancement and building world-class stature.The analytical framework of “strategic guidancemanagement operationoutcome impact,” constructed based on the theory of structuration,facilitates a systematic observation of strategic differences among world-class universities,synthesizes management practices,and examines institutional achievements.This framework can provide insights for new-type research universities,represented by the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,to accurately position their educational missions,shape their institutional distinctiveness,and refine their operational experience.
