欧洲的联合培养博士项目起源于20世纪90年代的法国,欧盟在21世纪初期开始开展联合培养博士项目。2022年5月19日,欧洲大学协会博士教育理事会发布《欧洲大学联合培养博士项目:概念、目标和实施》报告,详细分析了欧洲大学联合培养博士项目的价值、面临的困难和挑战,并提出改进政策。与欧洲相比,目前我国高校在与国外高校联合培养博士项目方面缺乏深度和广度。因此,我国高校应加大与国外著名高校联合培养博士的力度,以联合培养博士项目为抓手,提高我国博士生教育国际化的程度。
Abstract:
The Co-tutelles in Europe originated in France in the 1990s, and the European Union began to carry out the Co-tutelles program in the early 21st century. On May 19, 2022, Council for Doctoral Education, European University Association (EUA-CDE) released the report “Co-tutelles in European Universities: Concept, Aims and Implementation”,which conducted a detailed analysis of the value, difficulties and challenges faced by Co-tutelles in European Universities and put forward improvement policies. Compared with European, China universities lacks depth and breadth in the joint doctorate programs with foreign universities. Therefore, China universities should strengthen the joint training of doctorate program with foreign famous universities,and take joint doctorate program as a starting point to improve the internationalization of doctoral education in China.
