摘要:: 聚焦信创背景下软件工程专业人才培养存在的问题，探索数智赋能创新应用型人才培养的新模式。完善育人机制、优化教学体系、创新教学方法和强化工程创新，全面提升学生的知识、能力和素养，实现人才培养与信创产业需求紧密契合，为培养创新实践型高素质信创人才提供重要的参考和借鉴。

Abstract:: This paper focuses on the challenges of software engineering talents training against the backdrop of information technology innovation,and explores a new model of talent cultivation empowered by digital intelligence.By improving the educational mechanism,optimizing the teaching system,innovating teaching methods,and enhancing engineering innovation,it comprehensively improves the knowledge,ability,and accomplishment of students,and gets talent cultivation to closely fit the needs of the information technology innovation industry as well.Meanwhile,it aims to provide valuable references and insights for cultivating innovative and practical high-quality talents in this field.
