全球教育治理当前正处在关键的十字路口。作为“2030可持续发展议程”的重要组成部分,教育发展路往何处已成为国际政策热点,联合国有关全球教育治理变革的新愿景备受关注。通过分析联合国教育愿景的历史演进与现实转向,凝练其全球教育治理变革新愿景下的五维构想:建设包容、公平、安全且健康的校园;促进生活、工作与可持续发展技能习得;推动教师专业的高质量发展;加速数字化学习的转型步伐;拓宽教育财政与融资渠道。围绕联合国的共振倡议与共创潜能,透视其改革行动策略。
- Abstract:

As the key component of "2030 Sustainable Development Goals",global education governance is at a critical crossroads.Direction of education development has become a focal point in international policy research,and the United Nations’ new vision of global education reform has attracted significant attention.Based on the historical trajectory and current shifts of the UN’s vision for education,five dimensions of its new vision for global education reform are synthesized:building a inclusive,fair,safe and healthy campus;promoting the acquisition of life,work and sustainable development skills;providing high-quality professional development opportunities for teachers;accelerating the transition to digital learning;and expanding education financing mechanism.Centered on the UN’s resonant initiatives and co-creation potential,this article provides its strategic reforms.
