摘要:
学生评教是发现和解决本科教学工作中的相关问题，持续改进高校教学质量的重要途径，也是高校本科教学工作持续有效运行的重要保证。以集美大学为例，着眼于高校学生评教工作的现状，分析了当前学生评教体系运行过程中存在的一系列典型问题及其不良影响，并基于持续改进原则构建了一种可以解决这类典型问题的新型学生评教体系。新型学生评教体系将借助加强评教相关宣传，优化评价指标体系，智能处理学生评教结果以及加强对评教问题整改的监督等措施，从而提高学生评教的实效性，保障高校教学质量的持续改进。
Abstract:
The students’ teaching evaluation is an important way to continuously improve the teaching quality by finding and solving the problems during the teaching progress, and it is also an important guarantee for keeping effective operation of the teaching in colleges. According to the present situation of the current students’ teaching evaluation, this study analyzed the typical problems in the current students’ teaching evaluation and constructed a new students’ teaching evaluation system based on the principle of continuous improvement. This new students’ teaching evaluation system is expected to improve the effectiveness for the continuous improvement of teaching quality by enhancing the publicity of students’ teaching evaluation, optimizing the evaluation indexes, realizing the intelligent processing the evaluation results, and paying attention to the tracking of the rectification for these problems.
