摘要:
中小学教师作为学校教学与管理的关键因素,在促进学生发展、保持学校活力方面发挥着重要作用。如何激发教师工作的积极性,对于中小学管理、乃至整个教育都关系甚重。期望理论可以说是最具影响力的激励理论之一,该理论认为激励力量的大小,取决于效价和期望值的乘积。由此出发,学校应从加强目标管理、优化薪酬制度、关注奖励细节、构建组织文化等方面入手,引领教师的自我发展,并全面提升其激励水平。
Abstract:
Acting as the key factor of teaching and managing in schools, primary and secondary school teachers are pretty crucial to promote students’ development and maintain the vitality of schools. Therefore, how to inspire the teachers’ enthusiasm is really something to the management of primary and secondary schools, and even the whole education. Expectation theory is one of most influential motivation theories, and it indicates the empowering equals effect multiply by expectation. From this point of view, in order to lead teachers’ own development and promote their stimulant level, managers of schools should enhance goal-management, optimize salary system, concern the awarding details and build organization culture.
