摘要:: 对应用型人才的需求加速了高校实践教学的改革与发展，“工作室项目制”人才培养模式以工作室为载体，以项目为依托，将“产学研”紧密结合在一起，为高校实践教学提供了新的发展模式。为提高高校设计类专业学生实践能力和创新意识，通过分析应用型本科高校校企合作的形式与困境，阐述“工作室项目制”模式解决设计类专业人才培养问题的途径，以集美大学诚毅学院设计学各专业的教学改革为案例，分别从课程体系改革、工作室建设运行、教师队伍建设和校企合作等方面阐述工作室项目制人才培养模式在应用型本科高校专业教育中的应用。

Abstract:: The reform and development of practical teaching in colleges and universities has been accelerated by the demand for application-oriented talents. With the studio as carrier，the actual project as the basis, the social services work, teaching and research combine closely together in the studio project-based system talent training mode, and that offers a new model for college experimental teaching. In order to improve the practical ability and creative consciousness of the students in art design major, the mode of studio project-based system solves the problem of training talents in art design major, by analyzing the forms and difficulties of school-enterprise cooperation in application-oriented universities. Taking the teaching reform of the art design majors of Chengyi College of Jimei University as a case study, the application of studio project-based system talent training mode in professional education of application-oriented universities is expounded from the curriculum system reform, studio working, teacher team building and school-enterprise cooperation.
