摘要:
建立与完善中的国家统一法律职业资格制度,重视对法律职业伦理的考查,这对法律职业伦理教育提出了新的挑战与要求。基于致力法治国家建设和承担实践社会正义的共同目标,法律职业必然形成共同的职业伦理内涵和要求,主要包括信仰与维护法治、追求公平正义、保持独立的职业品格、持续提升专业能力与修养、维护业外活动的适当性等。教学中应综合采用科学有效的教学手段与方法,使法律职业伦理教育形成完整的教学体系。
Abstract:
The establishment and perfection of a unified legal profession qualification system in the country attaches great importance to the examination of legal profession ethics, which puts forward new challenges and demands for the legal profession ethics education. Based on the common goal of commitment to the construction of the rule of law and the practice of social justice, the legal profession inevitably forms the common professional ethics connotation and requirement. It mainly includes the believing and upholding the rule of law, pursuing fairness and justice, maintaining an independent professional character, improving professional ability and accomplishment continuously, and maintaining the appropriateness of non-professional activities. In the course of teaching, we should adopt scientific and effective teaching methods so as to form a complete teaching system for legal profession ethics education.
