我国教育政策环境的研究主要分为基础性研究、国际性研究、历史性研究、区域性研究、专题性研究和领域性研究。研究取得的进展包括:对“基本概念”的初步明确,对“对象范畴”的基本划定,对“研究方法”的有益探索,对“角色地位”的有效确立。现阶段存在的不足:缺乏对教育政策环境研究的基础建构、实证考量和全局关注,缺乏系统有效的教育政策环境分析框架。为推进研究的发展,建议重视对教育政策环境的基础性研究,注重在实证研究中提出和论证教育政策环境分析的标准,树立教育政策环境研究取向的全局意识,建构具有“广度”“深度”和“长度”的政策环境分析框架。

The researches on educational policy environment of China can be divided into fundamental research, international research, historical research, regional research, special topic research and field research. The progress of the researches includes: the preliminary definition of “basic concept”, the basic delimitation of “object category”, the beneficial exploration of “research method” and the effective establishment of “role status”. At present, there is a lack of the fundamental construction, empirical consideration and overall concern of the research on educational policy environment, and there is no systematic and effective analyzing framework of educational policy environment. To promote the development of research, we should attach importance to the fundamental research on education policy environment, propose and demonstrate the analyzing standards of education policy environment in the empirical study, establish overall consciousness of research orientation of educational policy environment, construct an analyzing framework of policy environment with “width”, “depth” and “length” characteristics.
