摘要:
基于华侨大学近8年来博士研究生培养情况的数据分析,研究博士生“毕业难”现象及其衍生现象。研究表明:毕业难已成为博士生培养中的常见现象,由此衍生出延期长、理工科毕业更难等现象,且非重点院校毕业形势更为严峻。培养要求的提高、生源结构的不合理和外部环境的压力是造成该现象的主要原因。结合华侨大学的实际情况,认为态度认识的转变、培养过程管理的强化和多样化资助体系的构建是缓解该现象的重要措施。
Abstract:
Based on the data analysis of the cultivation situation of doctoral students in Huaqiao University in the past eight years, the phenomenon of “difficulty in graduation” and its derivative phenomena have been studied. The research results indicate:“Difficulty in graduation” has become a common phenomenon in doctoral education, which is even more severe to doctoral students majoring in science and engineering from nonkey colleges and universities. The improvement of training requirements, the unreasonable source structure of the students and the pressure of external environment are the main reasons for this phenomenon. In combination with the actual situation of Huaqiao University, it is considered that the change of attitude cognition, the intensification of training process management and the establishment of diverse financing system are important measures to alleviate this phenomenon.
