摘要:
理想的教师教育观是人之发展的自由和教育规律的必然统一,是止于至善与行为世范的相互渗透。过分追求“准教师”教育“业务”的修炼,而忽视作为当下存在的“受教育者”的培养,“制造”出一批只懂教学不懂教育,强调结果不谈过程的“教育行为工具”,俨然成为当今我国教师教育外在趋于合理,实则内在空虚的真实写照。然而,教师教育内涵的发展并非向悖于教育规律的使然,而是对受教育者心灵的体验及内在的聆听,此乃人之发展的应然,亦是教师教育的根本。其可行性路径为“自我环”与“师我环”的双向互动,以此突显教师教育之内涵要义及现实价值。
Abstract:
The ideal teacher education is an inevitable unity of free human development and educational laws. Human development is the mutual penetration of aiming at absolute perfection and setting a good example for the world. Excessive “teaching business” training for the to-be-teachers while ignoring their present position as “to be educated”, has led to a massive “production” of “education tools”, which know how to teach but not how to educate, which stress results but not processes. The connotation of teacher education is not contrary to the law of education. Instead, it is experiencing and listening to the inner of those being educated. This is a natural result of human development, and the fundamentals of teacher education. The connotation and the realistic value of teacher education can be actualized by means of the two-way interaction between “the internal circle” and “the external circle”.
