选取福建省部分开展青年教师政治理论学习的高校进行调查，较为深入地分析了当前高校青年教师政治理论学习的基本状况，查找所存在的问题，强化思想理论教育和价值引领，创新教育宣传手段，深化文化育人功能，不断优化高校改革发展的舆论环境，加强高校哲学社会科学建设，把青年教师政治理论学习与丰富多彩的主题活动相结合，通过上述途径提出了加强高校青年教师政治理论学习的对策和建议。
Abstract:
Young teachers have been an important part of college and university faculty, and it is therefore necessary to improve their political theory learning. Through the investigations conducted in some colleges in Fujian Province, this paper reveals the current situation of the political theory learning of young teachers in colleges and finds out some existing problems. Corresponding measures are then put forward: strengthen ideological and theoretical education and value guidance, innovate education propaganda, deepen the function of cultural education, constantly optimize the public opinion environment for the reform and development of colleges, further combine political theory learning with various thematic activities.
