摘要:
人力资源是第一资源,是建设创新型国家的根本,高等院校担负着培养创新人才的重任。产学研协同培养创新人才是一项系统工程,构建产学研协同视角的创新人才培养系统动力学模型,有助于掌握相互之间的关系与作用机理,探索具体的合作路径,对提高创新人才培养的质量具有重要的现实意义。
Abstract:
Human resource is the first resource and is fundamental to constructing an innovation-oriented country. Colleges and universities are responsible for cultivating innovative talents. Industry-University-Research Co-Cultivation of Innovative Talents is a systematic project. This paper constructs a design of innovative talents with ability training system dynamics model from the perspective of collaborative industry-university-research, which is helpful to understand their correlation and interaction and to explore the specific path of cooperation. This model is of great practical significance for the quality of talent cultivation.
