摘要:
通过对小学名师丁有宽的成长足迹探寻,从个人教育哲学、专业实践以及职业习惯三个方面分析促进教师专业发展的内在因素,以为教师专业素质和能力的提升提供实践取向。
Abstract:
In the perspective of the individual level, by analyzing Ding Youkuan’s growth, this paper analyzes the internal factors of promoting teachers’ professional development in the three aspects of individual educational philosophy, professional practice and occupation habit, in order to provide some practical orientations for the development of teacher’s professional quality and competency.
