摘要:
在深化职业教育改革背景下,构建一支结构合理、素质精良“双师双能型”教师队伍是推进产教融合、校企合作的必由之路。立足于“双师双能型”教师发展的现状,基于多角度分析学校与企业之间的“融合共通点”。针对“双师双能型”教师团队建设中存在的师资引进机制缺乏创新性、教师队伍结构不合理、缺乏相应的保障与激励机制等突出问题,提出了积极拓宽教师队伍建设渠道、构建科学系统的教师培养体系、健全保障机制与运用激励机制结合等建议。
Abstract:
Under the background of the reform of vocational education, it is necessary to build a team of “double-qualification” and “double-competency” teachers with reasonable structure and excellent quality to promote the fusion of education and industry and school-enterprise cooperation. Based on the current situation of the development of “double-qualification” and “double-competency” teachers, this paper analyzes the “Integration common points” between schools and enterprises from multiple perspectives. Currently, there are many difficulties in the construction of “double-qualification” and “double-competency” teachers team, The lack of innovation in the mechanism of teacher recruitment, the structure of teacher team is not reasonable and the corresponding guarantee and incentive mechanism is not available. In view of the situation,we propose the following suggestions: Broadening the channels for the construction of teachers, build a scientific and systematic teacher training system and improve the guarantee mechanism and incentive mechanism.
