摘要:
“全员、全过程、全方位”育人是新时期高校思想政治理论课改革创新的重要努力方向。上海市在思想政治工作创新方面统筹规划高等学校和未成年人德育工作,在未成年人思想道德建设领域展开“学科德育”探索,同时积极推动高等教育领域进行思想政治工作改革创新,逐步形成了“中国系列”为代表的课程创新,形成了思想政治理论课程、通识素养课程与专业课程三位一体的“课程思政”体系,体现了“课程思政”的理念探索与实践创新。在这一过程中,要以创新的理念引领思想政治理论课课程改革创新,要构建党委领导、全员参与的合力育人机制,要善于整合学科资源,将学科优势转化为育人资源。
Abstract:
“Whole course moral education” and “whole staff moral education” are the guidance of the reform and innovation of ideological and political theory in college in the new period. Ideological and political work innovation in Shanghai underwent overall planning of the moral education of minors and undergraduate moral education, explorating the subject moral education in the field of ideological and moral construction of minors, carrying out the higher education reform of ideological and political work innovation actively, thus gradually formed a series of “China Subject” curriculum innovation, formed “course education” system including the ideological and political theory courses, general literacy courses and professional courses, emboding the concept of “course education” exploration and practice innovation. In this process, the concept of innovation leads the ideological and political theory course reform and innovation and builds the education mechanism including the participation of the leadership of the communist party in college and efforts of the full staff, as well as integrating subject moral education resources, and converting all of these into educational resources.
