学校办学思想研究的主题分析与未来展望-《集美大学学报（教育科学版）》

Title:: Thematic Analysisand Future Prospect of School-running Thought Researches

摘要:: 办学思想是学校发展的重要议题，是从顶层设计引领的视角，指导着学校的改革与发展。在系统梳理当前有关办学思想研究的期刊论文，总结出研究者对办学思想的研究主要集中在以下五个主题：教育政策中的办学思想研究、学校效能中的办学思想研究；学校发展规划中的办学思想研究、办学思想的重要性及其形成过程研究、知名教育家办学思想研究。在反思当前研究这五大主题的基础上，指出今后有关办学思想的研究，需要从以下四个方面继续进行深化研究和探讨：办学思想内涵的厘清，办学思想理论依据的探讨，办学思想有效提炼和陈述的探索、办学思想提炼和践行主体的思考。

Abstract:: The school-running thought is an important issue for school development.It guides school reform and development from the perspective of the top-level design.Therefore,this paper systematically combs the current periodical papers on school-running thought researches.Current researches on school-running thought mainly concentrate on five themes：study on schoolrunning thought in education policy；study on school-running thought in school efficiency；study on school-running thought in school development planning；study on the importance and formation of school-running thought；study on the famous educators school-running thoughts.Based on reflection on the five major themes of current researches,the future researches on school-running thought shall focus on the following issues：clarification of connotation of school-running thought,discussion on theoretical basis of school-running thought,exploration on effective refinement and statement of school-running thought,reflection on refinement and practice subject of school-running thought.
