摘要:
办学思想是学校发展的重要议题,是从顶层设计引领的视角,指导着学校的改革与发展。在系统梳理当前有关办学思想研究的期刊论文,总结出研究者对办学思想的研究主要集中在以下五个主题:教育政策中的办学思想研究、学校效能中的办学思想研究;学校发展规划中的办学思想研究、办学思想的重要性及其形成过程研究、知名教育家办学思想研究。在反思当前研究这五大主题的基础上,指出今后有关办学思想的研究,需要从以下四个方面继续进行深化研究和探讨:办学思想内涵的厘清,办学思想理论依据的探讨,办学思想有效提炼和陈述的探索、办学思想提炼和践行主体的思考。
Abstract:
The school-running thought is an important issue for school development.It guides school reform and development from the perspective of the top-level design.Therefore,this paper systematically combs the current periodical papers on school-running thought researches.Current researches on school-running thought mainly concentrate on five themes:study on schoolrunning thought in education policy;study on school-running thought in school efficiency;study on school-running thought in school development planning;study on the importance and formation of school-running thought;study on the famous educators school-running thoughts.Based on reflection on the five major themes of current researches,the future researches on school-running thought shall focus on the following issues:clarification of connotation of school-running thought,discussion on theoretical basis of school-running thought,exploration on effective refinement and statement of school-running thought,reflection on refinement and practice subject of school-running thought.
