摘要:
教师专业发展是一个持续的、全面的、个性化的发展过程,任何单一的教师专业发展模式都难以满足教师专业持续发展的需要。教师培养奠定了教师专业发展的基础,教师培训帮助教师在各阶段提升专业水平,教育研究为专业发展插上腾飞的翅膀,教育实践是教师专业发展的目的与归属。“养”“训”“研”“教”一体化教师专业发展模式,实行目标专业化、主体多元化、路径多样化、实施协作化,有利于促进教师专业持续、协调发展。
Abstract:
The development of teaching profession is a continuing,comprehensive and individualized process.Any single development mode of teaching profession alone is not sufficient for sustainable development of teaching profession.The cultivation of teachers lays foundation for the development of teaching profession;the training of teachers helps them improve professional level at various career stages;educational research largely promotes the development of teaching profession;and educational practice is the aim and destination of teaching profession development.Establishing a new mode for teachers’profession development by “integrating cultivation,training,research and teaching” and bringing professionalized objective,diversified subjects,diversified approaches and coordinated implementation is beneficial to enhancing sustainable and coordinative development of teaching profession.
