摘要:
提高教师地位,使教师真正成为令人羡慕的职业,是我国新时期教师队伍建设的重要措施。2013年,Varkey Gems基金会首次从教师的社会地位、教师职业的回报和人们对教师的信任程度三个方面对全球教师地位进行了调查,提出了教师地位指数概念。2018年,其又对全球教师地位指数进行了大数据调查。在介绍和阐释Varkey Gems基金会衡量全球教师地位指数框架的基础上,对全球教师地位指数报告进行分析,并比较分析了全球教师地位的基本情况。结合对我国教师地位与其他国家教师地位的比较,从社会地位、经济地位、专业地位和教师本身出发,提出提升我国教师地位的可能性策略。
Abstract:
Improving the status of teachers and making teachers truly an enviable profession is an important measure for the construction of the teaching team in the new era in my country.In 2013,the Varkey Gems Foundation first investigated the status of global teachers from three aspects:the social status of teachers,the return of teachers’profession,and the level of people’s trust in teachers,and put forward the concept of Teacher Status Index (TSI).In 2018,it conducted a big data survey on the global TSI.Based on the introduction and interpretation of the Varkey Gems Foundation’s framework for measuring the global TSI,this article analyzes the global TSI report,and compares and analyzes the basic situation of global teachers status.Combining the comparison of the status of teachers in our country with the status of teachers in other countries,it proposes possible strategies to improve the status of teachers in our country from the aspects of social status,economic status,professional status and teachers themselves.
