摘要:: “榜样育人”是我国自古代以来就形成的优良教育传统，也是高校思想政治教育的有效方式，更是当前贯彻落实全国宣传思想文化工作会议精神的重要抓手。随着科学技术的迅猛发展，人类进入智媒时代。智媒时代为榜样示范教育提供了良好的机遇，同时由于网络化、信息化与价值取向多元化等带来的复杂环境，也使传统的榜样示范教育面临一系列新挑战，体现在传统榜样形象难以引起学生的情感共鸣、陈旧的榜样教育方式难以调动学生的学习热情、松散的榜样教育环境难以形成社会的育人合力等。面对智媒时代的新挑战，我们需要创新榜样教育路径，在榜样示范教育中更加突出学生的主体地位，尊重学生的认知规律和心理特点，创新榜样示范教育手段，形成榜样示范教育合力，营造榜样示范教育的良好氛围，切实提高教育实效。

Abstract:: Educating people by example is an excellent educational tradition formed since ancient times in our country, and it is also an effective educational mode of moral education in today’s colleges and universities, and an important starting point for carrying out the spirit of the Conference on Propaganda Ideological and Cultural work at present. With the rapid development of science and technology, human beings have entered the era of intelligent media. The era of intelligent media provides a good opportunity for model education. At the same time, due to the complex environment brought by networking, informatization and diversified value orientation, the traditional model education is also facing a series of new challenges. The traditional model image is difficult to arouse students’ emotional resonance, the old model education mode is difficult to mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm, and the loose model education environment is difficult to form a social education force. In the face of the new challenges of The Times, we need to innovate the path of model education, highlight the subject status of students in model education, respect the cognitive laws and psychological characteristics of students, innovate the means of model education, form a model education force, create a good atmosphere for model education, and effectively improve the effectiveness of moral education.
