摘要:
无边界职业生涯时代,高校辅导员职业发展的外部环境和内部动力发生了变化。辅导员是其职业发展的主体,辅导员与高校之间传统的保障承诺被发展承诺所取代,辅导员的职业成功必须超越主客观评价标准的不足,建立起与知识创造相联系的评价标准。辅导员必须在职业规划中明确责任,加强职业自我管理;在职业流动中抓住根本,提升边界突破能力;在职业实践中瞄准目标,坚定专业发展路径。
Abstract:
The external environment and internal forces of career development about college counselor have been changed. College counselors are the subjects of their career development, the traditional security commitments are being replaced by development of commitments between counselors and college, occupation success of counselors must be beyond the lack of subjective and objective evaluation standards, and to establish the evaluation standards, which is linked to knowledge creation. Counselors must define responsibilities and strengthen the occupation self management during the occupation planning; capture essence and enhance the boundary breakthrough ability in the occupation change; aim at the target and firm the professional development path in the occupation practice.
