- 分析生涯教育的理论，比较海峡两岸高校实施生涯教育过程中的异同点，结合大陆高校在实施生涯教育过程中的经验，借鉴台湾高校生涯教育的有益做法，从师资队伍建设、社会资源利用、相关课程设置、工作平台搭建等方面，对完善大学生职业生涯教育体系提出几点建议。
- Abstract:
- This article compared implementation process of the similarities and differences between career education in universities across the Taiwan Strait,combined with experience in the implementation of the mainland university career education process,learning from good practices in Taiwan university career education. We hope to make some suggestions on teaching staff,community resource utilization,relevant curriculum,working platform and other aspects to build on the perfect career university education system.
