摘要:
从历史视角考察，高校人才培养目标经历了从通才教育到专才教育直至通识为基础的专门人才教育的线性发展过程。试图从比较的视角进行分析，探索地方普通高等院校人才培养目标设定。面对社会需求的"工具人"以及学生需要的"全人"两难选择，应建构"学习人"的培育理念。通过选取样本分析地方普通高等院校人才培养目标的设置，应以知识线性生产过程重置以技术应用型和工程应用型重置专业人才培养目标。
Abstract:
Local colleges and universities talent training goal experienced linear development process historically. In a comparative perspective,local colleges and universities should be positioned as application-oriented. To face of social demands "Tool Man" as well as the needs of students "whole man" dilemma,it should construct "learning people" breed philosophy. By selecting a sample analysis of local colleges and universities talent training goal set,the production process should be reset as technical application-oriented type and engineering applicationoriented type.
