摘要:
柔性制造系统(FMS)集成了数控铣削、数控车削、数控编程和物流管理等现代技术,非常适合于大学机械类专业加工课程的教学实习,但由于其综合性、复杂性以及教学过程中机台数失衡等方面的特点也给实践教学过程带来了不少问题。根据长期的FMS实践教学经验,总结出适应柔性制造系统的多元化教学模式,为实现培养学生动手能力和创新能力的教学目标提供了参考依据。
Abstract:
A Flexible manufacturing system integrates the modern technologies of NC milling, NC turning, NC programming and materials handling is very suitable for practice teaching of students in mechanical engineering. However, there are many problems in practice teaching due to its comprehensiveness and complexity and time limit to access to the system in the process of teaching. This paper summarizes our experiences in teaching practice of FMS and demonstrates a diversified teaching mode suitable to practice teaching of FMS. This mode realized our goal of training students’ practical and innovation abilities.
