摘要:: 近年来，随着我国高等教育大众化时代的到来以及高等教育领域的改革尝试，高校突发事件呈现多样化和复杂化特点，高校应急管理形势愈显紧迫。介绍和分析高校突发事件应急管理机制的背景因素、存在问题以及改进措施，以期有效地预防突发事件，为师生创造安定有序、和谐融洽的校园环境。

Abstract:: In recent years, because of higher education reforms and the arrival of mass higher education, types of emergencies and its emergency management system face new challenges. Firstly, this paper attempts to introduce the background of emergency management in higher education institutions, and then present its problems. Finally, an analysis of improvement measures is provided in order to prevent types of emergencies effectively and create a stable and orderly, harmonious campus environment.
