摘要:
中国的师道观源远流长,在形成社会尊师重教风尚方面、优化教师队伍素质方面都起过重要作用。选取孔丘、孟轲、荀况三位先秦儒家思想家作为研究对象,他们是中国古代杰出的教育家,有丰富的教育思想,对中国古代师道理论的形成奠定了基础。尊师重教、博学优质、民主平等以及身正为范是他们师道观思想的集中体现。博古利于通今,为了更好地促进当前教师发展、改善教学教育技能、提升教师职业素质,我们需要完善国家顶层设计、重视学校组织建设与加强个人修养提升。
Abstract:
There has been a long history of concept on teaching profession of Chinese. It has played an important role in forming fashion of respecting teachers and optimizing the quality of teachers’ team. This paper selects Confucius, Mencius, and Xunzi as the objects of study, as representatives of the Pre-Qin Confucianism, Confucius, Mencius, and Xunzi are ancient Chinese educationalists with profound educational thoughts, and they help with the theoretical foundation for ways of ancient teaching in China. Respecting teachers, being knowledge quality, democracy and equality and being demonstration are concentrated embodiment of concept on teaching profession. In order to promote the development of teachers better, we need to improve the national top design, pay attention to school organization construction and strengthen personal ascension.
