摘要:
建立中小学国学师资培训体系是国学教育健康发展的重要前提。目前最具可行性的路径主要包括:将国学教师资格证纳入国家教师资格证的体系中,确立中小学国学师资准入制度,确定传统文化师资培训的内容大纲,根据各学校师资的现状开展有针对性的培训,为中小学国学师资提供多样化的培训和发展渠道。只有政府、民间多方力量共同努力,多管齐下,国学教师才能源源不断地培养出来,国学教育才能发展起来。
Abstract:
Establishing the sinology education teacher training system is an important premise for the healthy development of sinology education. There are several feasible paths at present, adding the sinology education teacher certificate into the national teacher certification system, establishing the sinology education teacher training admittance system in primary and middle schools, determining the content of sinology education teacher training, carrying out targeted training according to the present situation of the school teachers, providing various training and develop channels for the sinology education teachers in primary and secondary school. Only if the government and private multi-party make effort together, sinology education teacher can be cultivated continuously and sinology education can be developed.
