摘要:
针对塑料成型模具设计课程因受办学条件限制而存在实践教学环节不足,以培养创新型应用人才为目标修订课程教学大纲,以学校与企业建立的产学研合作教育基地为课程教学改革平台,利用产学研合作教育平台强化学生的实践训练,培养出具备较强实践能力及创新精神的毕业生,满足企业对创新型人才的需求。本文在利用产学研合作教育平台进行教学改革培养创新型人才方面进行了有益探索与实践。
Abstract:
For plastic molding mold design course exists because of school running conditions, and lack of practice teaching, aiming at cultivating innovative applied talents revised curriculum syllabus, in schools and enterprises to establish teaching-research-production cooperative education base platform for the reform of course teaching, the use of teaching-research-production cooperative education platform to strengthen the students’ practical training and cultivate a strong practical ability and innovative graduates that meet the enterprise demand for innovative talents. In this paper, the teaching reform in the use of teaching-research-production cooperative education platform and cultivation of innovative talents has carried on the beneficial exploration and practice.
