摘要:
采用问卷调查法,考察350名大学对网络新闻的认知评价、情绪状态及应对方式的情况,并对三者进行相关和回归分析。结果发现:(1)大学生对网络新闻的认知评价、情绪认同度和应对方式三者存在着显著的正相关;(2)情绪认同度在真实性评价影响应对方式中起完全中介作用,在关己度评价、效能感评价和反馈度评价影响应对方式中起部分中介作用;(3)大学生对网络新闻的认知评价越高,其情绪认同度就越高。情绪认同度越高,就越容易采取网上反馈的方式,对新闻进行评论和传播。据此,在引导正确舆论的过程中,应从认知评价入手,提高大学生对网络新闻的情绪认同度。
Abstract:
This paper investigated the interrelationship among cognitive appraisal, emotion and coping styles towards Netnews among 350 university undergraduates. The results showed that: (1) There is a significant positive correlation among students’ cognitive appraisal, emotion and coping styles towards Netnews; (2) Emotion acts as the mediator between authentic evaluation and coping styles. And it also acts as the mediator on the relationship between coping styles and involved evaluation, efficacy evaluation and feedback evaluation respectively. (3) The higher students’ cognitive evaluation of network news is, the higher the degree of emotion recognition is. The higher the degree of emotion recognition is, the easier they would take online feedback and spread and comment the news. Accordingly, in the process of guiding the public opinion, we should improve the degree of students’ emotion recognition of Netnews by improving the cognitive evaluation first.
