教师的专业发展水平如何直接关系到教育的质量,探索教师专业成长的途径自然能解决教师专业发展道路中的现实问题。两位美国学者在综合研究众多教师专业成长途径的基础上,提出了五种专业成长途径:观察与评估、自我引导、参与发展或改进过程、探究、继续教育。参与发展或改进过程是指教师参与课程开发或改编等活动,它能够有效地促进教师的专业成长。参与发展或改进过程又分为参与课题进行教育科研和参与校本课程开发两种方式。
Abstract:
How the teachers’ professional development level is directly related to the quality of education, and exploring the ways to teacher professional development can naturally solve realistic problems in the path of teacher professional development. Based on comprehensive study of many ways to teacher professional growth, two American scholars put forward five kinds of ways to professional growth, which are observation and evaluation, self-guide, participate the process of development or improvement, exploration, and continuing education. Participating the process of development or improvement refers to the teachers’ participation in the curriculum development or adaptation of activities, it can effectively promote teachers’ professional development. Participating in the process of development or improvement is divided into two concrete means for taking in educational scientific researches and school-based curriculum development.
