摘要:
“城市教师教育计划”是为呼应芝加哥市基础教育改革推行的教师培养方案。该计划根据芝加哥市的社会基础和文化背景,以培养能够适应芝加哥市公立学校教学的教师为目标,建设有芝加哥特色的教师职前教育入学标准和培养课程。这种基于区域特点并为当地教育改革培养教师的办学思路,对实现我国教师教育的特色化发展有一定借鉴意义。
Abstract:
The purpose of Urban Teacher Education Program is to echo the teacher training program implemented in education reform of Chicago public school (CPS). According to the social foundation and cultural background of Chicago, this program targets at cultivating teachers who are able to adapt to the teaching in CPS and establishing teacher pre-service education enrollment standards and curriculums with Chicago characteristics. The education idea based on regional characteristics and targeted at cultivating teachers to support local education reform would shed light on realizing the characteristic development of teacher education in China.
