摘要:: 在地方高校“职业化”转型背景下，根据目前国内地方高校大学生职业指导的现状及主要问题，借鉴美国、德国和日本等发达国家高校大学生职业指导工作的经验启示，提出构建地方高校大学生“12345”全程化职业指导体系，即：转变一个观念，构建两个平台，抓好三个结合，落实四项保障，实现五个目标。

Abstract:: Based on the background of “professional” transformation, the paper analyzed the current domestic present situation and main problems of college students’ vocational guidance. Then combing with the experience of college students career guidance of the United States, Germany and Japan and other developed countries, the paper put forward countermeasures on “12345” career guidance system of college students, namely: changing an idea, building two platforms, paying special attention to the three combination, carrying out the four security and achieving five goals.
