摘要:
会计专业具有特殊性，用到企业去实践、从企业中引进等惯常的模式培养该专业实践型师资会造成难题。因此会计教育要突出应用性特色，走出一条以“学校为基地”提高会计专业教师实践能力的新路径；地方政府也应重视以会计教师为主体的学术类会计人才的高端打造，以此推进我国会计教育事业的发展。
Abstract:
The accounting profession is unique, and put into use of the enterprise, such as the introduction of the model train habitual practice of the profession of teachers from the business model will cause problems. Therefore, education should highlight the application of accounting features, embark on a “school-based” new path to improve accounting professional teachers practical ability, and accordingly, the local government also should pay attention to the accounting academic teachers as the main high-end accounting personnel to create, and to advance the development of accounting education.
