摘要:
重点发展农村学前教育是发展我国学前教育事业的当务之急,根据农村学前教育的特点及其师资诉求进行学前教育人才培养模式的革新当是应然之选。具体的改革对策可包含设置农村学前教育专业并配置相应师资、招生思路向农村取向转变、课程设置更加彰显农村特色、培养过程突显工学结合、人才培养评价体系更加完善等。
Abstract:
Focus on the rural pre-school education development is the top priority of the preschool education in China, the personnel cultivation model of preschool education reform ought to be based on the characteristics of the rural preschool education and teachers’demands. Specific reform measures include setting up rural pre-school education professional and allocation corresponding faculty, admissions to rural orientation, curriculum setting that show the features of rural, underlines the work-integrated learning in its training process and training evaluation system.
