摘要:
为了解韧性在高职大学生压力知觉与生活满意度间的关系,使用压力知觉量表,生活满意度量表,韧性问卷测量305名高职大学生。结果表明:压力知觉可以负向预测高职大学生的生活满意度,且韧性在压力知觉对生活满意度关系间起中介作用。压力知觉可以通过个体的韧性来影响高职大学生生活满意度水平。
Abstract:
Objective: This paper is to explore the relationship between perceived stress, resilience and life Satisfaction among vocational students. Methods: 305 vocational students were investigated with the Chinese Perceived Stress Scales, the Resilience Scale and Satisfaction With Life Scale. Results: Perceived stress was negatively related to Life Satisfaction and resilience mediated the effect of Perceived stress on Life Satisfaction among vocational students. Conclusion: Perceived stress affects Life Satisfaction through the resilience.
