摘要:
对2010-2014年收录在中国知网(CNKI)的期刊文献和硕博士论文进行搜索,并运用文献计量和内容分析法对中国大学教师发展研究趋势进行分析归纳。研究发现我国大学教师发展研究趋势表现在五个方面:研究主体均衡化、高层次化发展,研究方法以逻辑思辨研究为主,研究内容重实际应用轻理论建构,研究视角重教学发展轻综合研究,研究焦点集中于英语教师发展研究、教师教学发展研究、美国大学教师发展研究。
Abstract:
Based on the journal articles and dissertations included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) from 2010 to 2014, the author used bibliometrics and content analysis method to analyze the development trend of faculty development research in China. Through a series of analysis, the author described the development trend of Chinese faculty development research in five aspects: research subject equalization, hierarchical; research methods is given priority to logical theoretical research; research contents emphasis on practical application other than theoretical construction; research perspectives focus on teachers’ teaching development; research focus on the study of English teacher development; teacher’s teaching development and faculty development in USA.
