摘要:
隐性教育是教师通过外部引导,用内隐的方式将所传授的知识或信息传递给学生,使其潜移默化地受到影响的一种教育方式。其表现潜隐,但影响深远。隐性教育能够绕开学生的意识障碍,使学生能够无意识地在不知不觉中接受教育,这样的教育方式往往具有更好的效果和更深刻的影响。目前,我国高校思想政治理论课教育教学普遍低效,欲从根本上提高效果,真正从“进书本”“进课堂”到“进头脑”,就需要在继承和发扬传统的思想政治教育行之有效的方法的基础上,广泛采用隐性教育方式,借助于网络平台并在实践中加以强化,从而达到教育教学的最终目的。
Abstract:
Implicit education is a kind of education way that teachers can transfer the knowledge or information to the receptor through the external guidance. Implicit education can avoid the students’ awareness of obstacles, so that students can accept education unconsciously. This way of education often has a better effect and a more profound impact. At present, the college ideological and political theory course teaching generally inefficient. To improve the effect fundamentally, we must use implicit education widely, with on the network platform and in practice to be strengthened, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of education and teaching.
