摘要:
课题组对西部幼儿教师进行抽样调查和文献研究,从教育观角度重新诠释西部幼儿教师对教育本质认识不到位、教育理念更新滞后、职业信念不强和观察与研究幼儿的意识淡薄等突出问题。在此基础上,研究者结合教师培训经验,认为可以通过持续的体验式培训对幼儿教师实施潜移默化的观念影响,通过一线专家常态化下园指导逐步转变他们的教育观念和行为偏差,通过优质园对口支援实现长期的师徒式帮扶和专家工作室长期跟踪指导研修实现量身定做的成长计划等途径,有效地促进西部幼儿教师教育观念转变和保教能力提升。
Abstract:
For a deeper understanding of the teachers in western area about their early childhood education and teaching ability in order to find out the countermeasures to improve the teaching ability, the research group conducted a sample survey and literature research for the western area kindergarten teachers. Re-interpret that the preschool teachers in western area have no proper awareness about the nature of education, upgrading educational philosophy slowly, lacking the occupational faith, neglecting the sense of observation and study of the children and also other outstanding issues from the educational perspective. On this basis, the researchers combined with the teacher’s training experience consider that by means of sustaining experiential training exert a subtle influence on the kindergarten teachers’ educational perspective, under the guidance of the experts who are on the front line change their educational perspective and behavior bias gradually, then through the high-quality garden counterpart assistance in education to achieve long-term mentoring type assistance, through the expert workshops long-term tracking guidance training to achieve tailored growth plans and other ways to change the western kindergarten teachers’ education and teaching concept and promote the capacity of childcare and education effectively.
