裴斯泰洛齐是享有盛誉的瑞士民主主义教育改革家和教育理论家。他深信教育的作用，毕生关注和从事“拯救农村、教育救民”的教育和社会活动，其对教育事业的执着追求与鞠躬尽瘁的精神堪称世界教育史上的杰出典范。从裴斯泰洛齐一生的奋斗历程中可以看到一个乡村教育家应该具有的品质。
Abstract:
Johan Heinrich Pestalozzi is a renowned Swiss democratic education reformer and theorist. He is convinced that the role of education and is engaged in the social activities of “saving the village, educating the people” all his life. He is regarded as an outstanding example in the history of the world education for the persistent pursuit and a spirit of the education .From his career , we can see the outstanding character of the educator should have .
