摘要:: 《民办教育促进法》修正案的通过，对于民办教育的发展具有非常重要的意义。不过，当中的许多问题还需要进一步厘清，包括民办学校党的建设问题、民办学校分类管理问题、义务教育阶段禁设营利性学校的问题、民办学校为教职工办理补充养老保险问题、非法举办民办学校的法律责任问题等。弄清楚这些问题，将有助于新法的适用。

Abstract:: The amendment of Private Education Promotion Law of is of great significance for the development of private education. However，many problems still need to be further clarified，including the construction of the party in private schools，private schools category management，the banning of for-profit school in compulsory education，private school handle supplementary pension insurance for staff，legal responsibility of illegal private school. Figuring out these questions will be helpful to the application of the new law.
