摘要:: 发展普惠性民办幼儿园对我国实现基本普及学前教育的战略目标意义重大。目前，我国普惠性民办幼儿园研究在普惠性民办幼儿园内涵的界定、扶持政策、财政投入等方面取得了一定的突破，但也存在诸多不足。普惠性民办幼儿园研究还需在理论构建、管理体制、建设标准指标体系、质量监控机制等方面展开深入探讨。

Abstract:: The development of non-government kindergarten is of great significance to the realization of the strategic goal of preschool education in China. Non-government kindergarten has made some breakthroughs in the definition, supportive policies, financial investment etc, but there still exist many problems. Research and development of inclusive non-government kindergarten is to be made in theory construction, management system, construction standard index system, quality control mechanism and so on.
