摘要:
在对人力资本衡量指标详细讨论的基础上,利用珠海市三所独立学院2014届毕业生就业的调查数据,就人力资本对独立学院应届毕业生就业落实情况、薪酬水平以及就业满意度的影响进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,人力资本水平对独立学院毕业生就业质量具有显著的正面影响。在此基础上,提出提升人力资本水平、促进大学生就业的若干建议。
Abstract:
Based on the detailed discussion of human capital indicators, this paper makes use of the survey data of three independent college graduates of 2014 in Zhuhai to analyze the influence of human capital on the rate of employment, the salary level and the employment satisfactions The results show that the level of human capital had a significant positive effect on the employment quality of the graduates of independent colleges. On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the level of human capital to promote the employment quality of independent college students.
