摘要:
以福建150名本科院校大学生为被试进行施测,深入分析创业团队背景对大学生领导行为、自我效能感和组织氛围的影响及三者间的相互关系。研究结果发现:第一,大学生创业团队成员运用较多变革型领导行为,且具有较高的自我效能感,在参与创业团队时首要关注的是安全问题。第二,成员职能背景对大学生创业团队的领导行为和组织氛围的作用显著,说明在进行团队领导时应使用更多的变革型领导行为对部门成员进行管理。自我效能感比较稳定,所考察的变量对自我效能感并没有影响。第三,在交易型领导行为对大学生创业团队组织氛围的预测中团队成员的自我效能感起到部分中介作用
Abstract:
With 150 college students in Fujian as subjects, adopting Chinese version of general self efficacy scale revised by Wang Caikang, based on the team atmosphere table by Anderson and West, using Bass’ multifactorial leadership questionnaire based on the characteristics of entrepreneurial teams in China, the paper analyzes the influence of the background of the entrepreneurial team of college students on general self-efficacy, leadership behavior and organizational climate, and then explores the relationship among the three. Research results found: entrepreneurial team members, who tended to use transformational leadership, had a high general self-efficacy; safety was their first concern; functional background of members significantly affected the leadership behavior and team organization atmosphere, which meant that more transformational leadership should be used to manage the members. General self-efficacy was relatively stable, and the variable examined had no effect on self-efficacy; general self-efficacy played a part in the prediction of the atmosphere of the organization of college students.
