摘要:
推动高校实施校内与校外导师合作指导研究生的双导师制,已成为教育硕士培养的重要内容。然而,在具体的实施过程中仍然存在生源复杂、沟通不充分、职责不清晰等问题,双导师未能形成有机的合力。探索双导师工作中存在的共鸣点、矛盾点、交叉点,搭建合力的育人载体,构建资源互补等合力育人机制对提高教育硕士的培养质量会起到良好的促进作用。
Abstract:
Promoting the implementation of dual-mentor system by internal and external cooperative guidance to improve the training quality of masters of education has become an important part of graduate education. However, some problems occur in the process of implementing, such as complex student sources, insufficient communication, and ambiguous responsibility. To solve these problems and promote the development of masters of education involve exploring the resonance, contradiction and intersection in the work of dual-mentoring, constructing a medium of combined education, and realizing resources complementarity.
