摘要:
教师专业社群是一种学习团体,教师通过相互合作、分享与支持,可促进个人与团体的相互成长。在台湾地区,学习共同体是引领教师专业社群发展的主要理念之一,旨在推动“以课堂改变作出发、以教师合作为后盾”的学校变革,教师可通过社群的参与,在相互影响的过程中学习与成长。通过实地参与新北市两所小学“学习共同体”社群的备课、观课、议课,并对各领域召集人进行访谈,旨在探讨学习共同体在教师专业社群中的对话运作,以期在一定程度上呈现出台湾地区学习共同体对教师专业发展的影响。
Abstract:
Teacher learning community is a learning group, in which teachers can promote the mutual growth of individuals and groups through cooperation, sharing and support. In Taiwan, learning community is one of the main ideas to lead teachers’ professional community development, which aims to promote school reform through “classroom changes and teacher cooperation”. Through community participation, teachers can learn and grow. When participating in the process of lessons co-preparation, lessons observation, and lessons discussion, the author interviewed the sponsors of the community, explored the operation of the two learning communities,and presented the influences that the learning communities exert on teachers’ development.
