摘要:
特岗教师作为“换血一代”，对乡村教育的繁荣与发展做出了不可或缺的贡献，同时也面临困境。走出当前困境需要整合多方力量，在高校人才培养方式上，应引导学生服务基层，加强职业规划指导、加强品德培养、整合课程结构、拓展培养途径，培养符合岗位需求的复合型人才。
Abstract:
As a fresh blood, Specially Contracted Teachers have made a contribution to the prosperity and development of rural education.At the same time, they are facing a lot of difficulties. Out of the current predicament need to integrate multi-power. From the way of personnel training in colleges and universities,it should: Guide students to serve the grassroots and Strengthen career planning guidance; Strengthen the cultivation of moral character; Integrate the curriculum structure; Expand the training path. Keep students with multiple talents in line with Job requirements.
